MERGE: Shore Coaches Invitational Girls 2025

We combine every 5K race from the 2025 Shore Coaches Invitational and rescore the meet to see which teams and individuals led the day at Holmdel Park.

Union Catholic clocked an awesome 18:40.6 team average to lead Varsity E as well as the overall meet merge; that team average is just two seconds off the school's 2023 course record.

Paige Sheppard, 17:38, and Cayleigh Kaiser, 18:24, earned the second and sixth-fastest times of the meet. Sheppard improved her Holmdel Park best and ranks No. 9 all-time on the course.

Blair Bartlett led the individual list with her No. 4 all-time Holmdel Park performance of 17:24 in the Varsity F race. She was well out ahead of the field by the time she reached the roller coasters.
