The top 500 athletes returning this fall based on their times during the 2023 season at Holmdel Park. Below you'll find some notes about the top ranked athletes and their previous cross country season.
Luke Pash, second on this list at 15:41 for third during Group 4 State Championships, amassed five wins during his junior season at Ridgewood HS. That included a Bergen Group title, a Bergen MOCs title, and an NJSIAA Sectional title. Finished seventh at the Meet of Champions.
Brenden McMahon of Ridge HS won the Somerset County title and North 2 Group 4 Sectional before finished fourth at Groups with his Holmdel PR of 15:41. As a junior he ran to 10th during NJSIAA MOCs.
