Paige Sheppard broke into the top-10 all-time at Holmdel Park last season with her 17:41 at the Shore Coaches Invitational. The defending Meet of Champions winner is the only returner under 18 minutes, and she has achieved this feat three times. Twice as a sophomore in 2024 and once as a freshman for second at the 2023 NJSIAA Meet of Champions.
There are 11 returners under 19 minutes; the second and third-ranked returners, Allison Lee, 18:24, and Cayleigh Kaiser, 18:26, both saw major time drops in 2024.
