Joe Barrett of Christian Brothers Academy, the 2023 NJSIAA Meet of Champions winner, recorded three of the top four overall times on the season at Holmdel. His 15:21 Non-Public A state title is the top overall, he followed that up with a 15:27 to win Meet of Champs, and he also led an invitational race during the Shore Coaches Invite back in September clocking 15:36.
