There will be 10 girls returning from the top 15 finishers at last year's NJSIAA Meet of Champions! Everyone is led by Tilly O'Connor of St. Rose and Remy Dubac of Clifton who clocked 18:12 and 18:13 respectively to earn top five finishes at the 2021 MOCs.
O'Connor is the defending Non-Public B Champion and Dubac the defending Group 4 State Champ.
Red Bank Catholic senior Cate DeSousa, who finished 10th at MOCs last fall, saw her quickest time come during October's Monmouth County Championships at 18:26. She is also a defending State Group Champion coming off her 2021 Non-Public A cross country win.
Lindsay Hausman, Cassidy Roop, and Liliah Gordon all crossed the line at 18:29 to finish sixth through eighth at MOCs. Julia Scrudato at 18:34, Emma Zawatski 18:46, Grace Wassell 18:48, and Sofia Day 18:49 make up the rest of our returners from the top 15 during MOCs last fall.
