Collin Boler of Delbarton, the outdoor Meet of Champions winner in this event, will clash with NJ No. 1 Mark Viggiano of Ocean Township, and Gabriel Rodriguez of Union in a showdown that could produce a winning time close to 1:50.
Viggiano is the state leader with a 1:52.85. Rodriguez, the runner-up last year and at the outdoor Meet of Champions last spring, is NJ No. 2 with a 1:53.30.
The Princeton-bound Boler, who ran 1:54.94 when he won the Non-Public A race, burned a 4:04.05 mile in Boston last week, which is No. 2 in NJ indoor history! So, he should be ready to drop a big 800m PR.
