Following a fantastic season of New Jersey cross country we'd like to applaud and thank everyone involved in making it happen - the athletes, coaches, meet directors, parents, administrators, the parks, the NJSIAA, timers, our fellow media outlets who came out to cover our sport, the NJXCTFCA, and more. We've seen some special performances and moments and it takes this community to make it possible.
Here we present the NJ MileSplit All-State selections and award winners for the 2021 New Jersey cross country season. To guide our decisions we considered those who put together a full season, quality and consistency of performances, titles and victories, and head to head matchups.
All team selections are listed in alphabetical order by their last name. As always with a finite number of spots tough choices were discussed and made, athletes past these three selected teams were in consideration. Thank you to Jim Lambert and Pat Montferrat for their help selecting these teams.
