A quick look at the top 50 returners for New Jersey in the girls high jump, long jump, triple jump, and pole vault for the upcoming season. These marks are based off performances from the 2022 indoor season.

HIGH JUMP

Top Returning Performance: Senior Norina Khanzada of Tenafly cleared a NJ No. 1 5-7 last winter at the Bergen County Championships. Senior Samantha Strydesky of Howell, who cleared 5-8 to win the HJ at the M of C last June, is also back.

Top MOCs Returner: Alanna Woolfolk of Clayton cleared 5-6 to win the M of C title last winter. She also won the HJ at the 2001 outdoor  M of C.

Top Returning Performance:  Alexandra Bonn of Union Catholic soared 17-9.50 at the adidas National Championships

Top MOCs Returner: Alexandra Bonn of Union Catholic placed sixth as a junior last year with a 17-5.50.
