This report combines all seven girls' 5K races from the Six Flags Wild Safari Invitational and rescores the teams in a merge!
Conestoga of Pennsylvania led the 93-team merge with 158 points and an average of 19:24.2. Alexia Tubbs led her team with a third-place finish in Varsity A running 18:13, which also ranks fifth overall in the merge. After Tubbs in the Varsity A race, her teammates Sarah Crill, Kayleigh Bender, and Lily Jones came through in sixth through eighth, and Julia Snyder closed their scoring five in 13th.
Individually it was New York's Zariel Macchia of William Floyd leading the way, she won the Varsity A race with a time of 17:45. Macchia and Caitlin Thomas of Hastings (NY) were the only two to run sub-18 minutes!
