This Week's Nominees:
Paige Sheppard, Union Catholic Reg. HS (New Jersey): Won the 800 meters at the Highlander Twilight Invitational in 2:01.84, taking down a field of 49 runners.
Kaleah Montgomery, Hackensack HS (New Jersey): Clocked 13.64 to capture the 100m hurdles title at the Bergen County Meet of Champions.
Seannah Parsons, Randolph HS (New Jersey): Swept both horizontal jumps at the Morris County Championships. Posted 20-1.25 to win the long jump and followed with a 41-11.5 triple jump victory.
Zoey Orlando, Immaculate Heart Academy (New Jersey): Doubled up in the sprints at the Bergen County Meet of Champions, winning the 100 meters in 11.84 and the 200 meters in 24.88. The sophomore leads New Jersey in her grade in the 100.
Afua Anyadike, Bergen County Tech (New Jersey): Dominated both throwing events at the Bergen County Meet of Champions. Put up 148-11 to win the discus and threw 42-11 for the shot put title.
