The NJSIAA Group State Championships are scheduled to run three meet sessions Friday through Saturday.

Not only will state champions be awarded but the elite of the field will see who advances to the Meet of Champions next weekend.
Spectators will be allowed to attend but do note all NJSIAA event ticket sales will be online and scanned through your phone at the door. Those not attending see live stream information below.
NJ MileSplit will be streaming the track events LIVE at every meet in addition to on-demand replays uploading to the meet page after each race. We'll have recorded videos of select field events when possible.

Order of Events
How to Advance to MOCS / Awards
- Auto-Qualifier: Top 3 advance automatically for each event in each Group, all ties for third will advance.
- Wildcard Qualifier: Top 12 performances of all Groups combined that did not auto-qualify through a top three finish in their Group's event will advance.
- Showcase Events: The long jump, triple jump, 4x800m, and 200m dash events are not contested at the Sectional and Groups level. The top 24 athletes / relays who declare for the Showcase through the registration meet page will be accepted. Entry to that meet page is a declaration from that school that they will compete. Entries and seeds close Tuesday March 2nd at Noon.
The NJSIAA Meet of Champions will take the following weekend with the field events competing at 5:00pm on Friday, March 4th, and track events 10:00am on Saturday, March 5th. Both at the Toms River Bubble
Awards
A trophy and 35 certificates to the first place team in each Group. Teams will be scoring points in each event.
Teams earn points toward the standings by placing top six in events.
(1st - 10 pts / 2nd - 8 pts / 3rd - 6 pts / 4th - 4 pts / 5th - 2 pts / 6th - 1pt)
For individual medals to the top six finishers in each event.
