New Jersey Girls Performer of the Week (Apr. 27-May 3)

After another week of track & field action in New Jersey, it's time to vote for the MileSplit New Jersey girls performer of the week.

Note: Athletes who have been nominated in the past two weeks are not eligible. Previous winners are excluded for the rest of the season.

This Week's Nominees:

Blair Bartlett, The Lawrenceville School (New Jersey): Clocked 9:45.29 to win the 3200m at the NJISAA Prep A Track Championships. 

Paige Sheppard, Union Catholic Reg. HS (New Jersey): Won the 800m at Track Night NYC in 2:02.37, taking down a massive field of 95 competitors.

Sianni Wynn, Pennsauken HS (New Jersey): Posted wins in both the 200m (23.50) and 400m (54.88) across two different meets last week.

Afua Anyadike, Bergen County Tech (New Jersey): At the Big North Championships-Liberty and Independence, winning the discus with a throw of 153-8 and taking the shot put at 42-2.75.

Nesta Oji, Livingston HS (New Jersey): Put up a winning mark of 44-11 in the shot put at the Super Essex County Conference American & Liberty Championships, topping 36 throwers. She also won the discus at the Essex County Relays with a throw of 109-3 and placed fourth in the 100m hurdles (15.24).
