Addison Hansen (Bergen County Tech) ran 4:57.12 in the 1600 meters at the NJSIAA State Indoor Meet of Champions on March 8, improving from her previous best of 5:08.94. The sophomore finished 8th of 20 competitors and ranks #15 in New Jersey and #2 among sophomores statewide.
Marcus Valenzuela (Chatham) clocked 8:56.14 in the 3200 meters at the NJSIAA State Indoor Meet of Champions on March 8, dropping from his previous mark of 9:14.70. The senior placed 2nd of 27 competitors and ranks #2 in New Jersey.
Joelle Urdanivia (Bloomfield) threw 56-3.5 in the shot put at the Eastern States Championships on March 3, improving from 52-10.25. The junior finished 2nd of 39 competitors and ranks #9 in New Jersey and #4 among juniors.
Shahid Stevens (Union Catholic) ran 21.45 in the 200 meters at the NJSIAA State Indoor Meet of Champions on March 8, bettering his February mark of 22.01. The junior placed 4th of 17 competitors and ranks #4th in New Jersey and #1 among juniors.
Sophia DeLorenzo (Ramapo) clocked 7.09 in the 55 meters at the NJSIAA State Indoor Meet of Champions on March 8, improving from 7.23. The sophomore finished 5th of 24 competitors and ranks #6 in New Jersey and #1 among sophomores.
Tristan Frank (Ridge) ran 50.00 in the 400 meters at the Eastern States Championships on March 3, dropping from 51.05. The junior placed 9th of 28 competitors and ranks #36 in New Jersey and #7 among juniors.
Josiah Lajeunesse (Rancocas Valley) jumped 45-11.5 in the triple jump at the Eastern States Championships on March 3, improving from 44-2.75. The senior finished 3rd of 44 competitors and ranks #9 in New Jersey.
Davon Hannah (Oakcrest) ran 6.45 in the 55 meters at the NJSIAA State Indoor Meet of Champions on March 8, bettering his previous mark of 6.57. The senior placed 7th of 24 competitors and ranks #10 in New Jersey.
Achilles Etienne (Manasquan) clocked 7.46 in the 55-meter hurdles at the NJSIAA State Indoor Meet of Champions on March 8, improving from his February time of 7.62. The senior finished 6th of 29 competitors and ranks #7 in New Jersey.
Frank Viserto (Fort Lee) cleared 6-6 in the high jump at the Eastern States Championships on March 3, bettering his previous mark of 6-4. The senior placed 2nd of 24 competitors and ranks #5 in New Jersey.
Aubrey Bishop (Kingsway) ran 10:53.83 in the 3200 meters at the NJSIAA State Indoor Meet of Champions on March 8, improving from her February time of 11:10.65. The junior finished 15th of 23 competitors and ranks #20 in New Jersey and #6 among juniors.
Moses Robles (Glassboro) jumped 23-4 in the long jump at the Eastern States Championships on March 3, improving from 22-9.75. The sophomore won the competition with 49 competitors and ranks #4 in New Jersey and #1 among sophomores.
Mason Henry (Deptford) cleared 15-6 in the pole vault at the Eastern States Championships on March 3, bettering his previous mark of 15-2. The senior won the competition with 13 competitors and ranks #1 in New Jersey.
Christian Buonopane (Westfield) ran 1:57.31 in the 800 meters at the NJSIAA State Indoor Meet of Champions on March 8, improving from 1:59.64. The senior placed 13th of 26 competitors and ranks #24 in New Jersey.
Sophia Rasmussen (Westwood) clocked 25.47 in the 200 meters at the Eastern States Championships on March 3, bettering her February time of 25.77. The senior finished 15th of 29 competitors and ranks #31 in New Jersey.
Emma Burd (Hillsborough) ran 8.76 in the 55-meter hurdles at the Eastern States Championships on March 3, improving from 8.88. She placed 19th of 75 competitors and ranks #59 in New Jersey.
