Brandon Cox (Willingboro) jumped 22-9.5 in the long jump at the NJSIAA Group Championships - 2 & 3 on May 29, improving from his previous best of 21-1. The junior placed 10th of 41 competitors and ranks #30 in the state and #12 among juniors.
Sophie McGrory (Academy Of The Holy Angels, Demarest) cleared 5-2 in the high jump at the NJSIAA Group Championships - NPA & NPB on May 29, bettering her previous mark of 4-11. The freshman finished 6th of 33 competitors and sits #30 in New Jersey and #3 among freshmen.
Casey Birdwell (Haddon Township, Westmont) ran 15.05 in the 100m hurdles at the NJSIAA Group Championships - 1 & 4 on May 29, breaking her previous best of 15.66. The senior's time set a school record and placed 10th of 43 competitors, ranking #40 statewide and #18 among seniors.
