Allison Lee leads a stacked field of Thompson Park returners. Lee is the defending Central Group 3 Champion with her 17:47 from last fall and not only leads this course list but is the No. 2 returner overall at Holmdel Park with an 18:24.
In all, there are eight girls returning under 18 minutes. Jessica Abbott of Manalapan ranks second at 18:24; she's fourth among Holmdel Park returners at 18:31. Leah Starkey is the top returning sophomore here and defending Central Group 2 Champion with an 18:24; she's seventh among Holmdel Park returners at 18:40.
Amelia Pattwell of Middletown South, Kaitlyn Hathaway of Rumson-Fair Haven, and Kajol Karra of Princeton, all in the top six, this Thompson Park Central Sectional field is deep with talent.
