Fresh New Jersey No. 1s
- Stephen Kyvelos of Manalapan took over the 800m state lead with a 1:54.30 win at the Colts Neck Invitational. A deep field that set four of the top six times this season.
- Jason Meza of Morristown led the 400m hurdles individually at the Morris Hills Relays clocking 53.80 for the state lead. That's also US No. 10 so far this spring.
- Willingboro led a highlight filled Woodbury Relays in the 4x100m with NJ No. 1 time of 42.70. Legs listed were Foster, Gayle, Scott, Murry.
- St. Peter's Prep won a showdown in the 4x400m with Piscataway Twp during the Blue Devil Classic running NJ No. 1 and No. 2 respectively. Prep clocking a 3:19.56 and Piscataway Twp a 3:19.73. Prep's legs were Luzzi-Liggins, N. Lindsay, Polanco, and D. Lindsay. Prep also ran to NJ No. 2 in the 4x100m at that meet with a 42.72.
- Morris Knolls boys are the first sub-8 for New Jersey this spring leading the 4x800m at the Morris Hills Relays with a time of 7:59.96. Schagelin, Wemmlinger, Gaglione, Pethe listed as the legs.
- Teron Murray of Camden HS tied the state lead in the high jump clearing 6-6 to win the Woodbury Relays on Saturday.
- Liam Paneque of NV Demarest marked 23-10.75 (NWI) to lead the long jump at Bergen County Relays.
- Daniel Arana of Franklin Township leapt to 48-4.75 (NWI) to lead the triple jump at Somerset County Relays individually.
- Ryan Merlino of Oakcrest extended his state lead in the pole vault with a 15-4 clearance to win the Woodbury Relays.
- Benjamin Shue of Bergen Catholic hit a NJ No. 5 all-time mark of 204-10 in the discus to improve his NJ No. 1 standing and move to US No. 3 so far this season. (Article)
- Miles Acchione of Lenape Regional threw a 187-1 winning javelin mark during a dual meet against Eastern Regional this past Monday refreshing the state leading mark.
- Aiden Williams of Audubon won the 3K steeple at Woodbury with a time of 9:34.08.
- Paramus Catholic boys won the shuttle hurdles during Bergen County Relays with a time of 1:00.68.
- Rancocas Valley won the 4x200m at Blue Devil Classic with a NJ No. 1 ranked 1:29.27, holding off NJ No. 2 ranked Piscataway Twp at 1:29.28. RV's legs listed as Bancroft, Coppage-Seepersaud, Howard, and Smith.
- Jackson Liberty boys won the SMR 1K at the Colts Neck Invitational with a 2:01.95.
- NV Demarest won the Sprint Medley at Bergen County Relays with a 3:32.08.
- Ridge HS took the Somerset County Relays Distance Medley clocking 10:28.87.

Fresh New Jersey No. 1s
- Taylor Aska of Union Catholic clocked a 56.39 to win the 400m at Blue Devil Classic and jumped out to a strong lead on the state.
- Reese Reynolds Malone of Rumson-Fair Haven led a deep 800m field at the Blue Devil Classic with a time of 2:10.61 for NJ No. 1. Emma Zawatski second NJ No. 2 at 2:11.87. That meet saw five of the top 10 times in the state so far for this event!
- Union Catholic girls 4x100m team recorded a 46.07 to win Blue Devil Classic. US No. 25. Legs listed were Aska, Cox, Gould, Thompson.
- Westfield's Gabriella Demeter got it done on home turf clearing 5-6 to win the Blue Devil Classic high jump and take over the NJ No. 1 spot this season.
- Ma'Syiah Brawner of Winslow Township made a long jump mark of 18-10.75 (NWI) to win the Woodbury Relays and is NJ No. 1.
- Shreya Sathiyan of Morris Hills won the pole vault and took over NJ No. 1 clearing 12-3 during the home hosted Morris Hills Relays.
- Layla Giordano of Old Tappan threw for a 157-0 in the discus to lead the Bergen County Relays and took over the state lead by over 20 feet! That mark is US No. 16 so far this season.
- Jessica Oji of Livingston led the Morris Hills Relays individually with a shot put mark of 46-3, that is NJ No. 1 and tied for US No. 25 this spring.
- Zoe Goldberg of Eastern Regional won the Woodbury Relays javelin with a mark of 144-6, that is also US No. 21.
- Addison McGoey of Kent Place School won the mile at Blue Devil with a time of 5:02.33 for NJ No. 1 and effectively leads the 1600m converted list as well.
- Charlotte Scaturo of Voorhees won the 300m hurdles at the Red & Black Invitational in Pennsylvania over the weekend clocking 45.68.
- Melina Johnston of Robbinsville won the 3K Steeple at Woodbury with an 11:00.67 performance.
- The Union Catholic girls had a day at Blue Devil Classic also winning the shuttle hurdles with a state leading time of 59.42. Legs of Cox, L. Gould, V. Gould, and Fleming.
- Colts Neck girls won the 1K SMR at the Colts Neck Invitational with a time of 2:22.32.
- The Ridgewood girls won the 4x1600m at Bergen County Relays with a time of 21:50.20.
- Eastern Regional girls threw down a 4:08.70 to lead all Sprint Medley times at the Woodbury Relays NJ No. 1 US No. 9.
