Welcome back New Jersey cross country athletes, coaches, fans, and family! We're all excited for the upcoming season, and are ready to present NJ MileSplit's 2022 preseason team rankings.
As you roll through, please note these are not meant to be end of the season predictions.
A whole summer's worth of unseen work has been put in, freshmen and other newcomers will undoubtedly stir things up, there will be movement and teams, even unranked, will rise and fall on these lists. In the end victories are settled on the course.
That said, if you enjoy discussion on the sport then have fun reading through. We'll be updating rankings on a weekly basis once the season begins and look forward to seeing the various journeys of teams unfold.
