Group 1

Kellert | Fahd Nasser has been dropping course PRs like no tomorrow all season. He won his second straight Sectional title last weekend and I see him nabbing his first individual state title this Saturday.

Stranieri | Will be a close one between Drew Maher of Shore Regional, Fahd Nasser of McNair, and Jared Cooper of Mountain Lakes. I'll give Maher the slight edge due to his familiarity with the course.

Group 2

Kellert | Time to step up to the plate. Devin Hart was my favorite for the MOCs title coming into this season after his epic 3200m MOCs title run last spring, time to see if that continues to hold true this week. He'll have tough competition with Chris Romero also toeing the line in Group 2.

Montferrat | Hart wins in a photo finish over Romero.

Stranieri | Will be a great battle between Chris Romero of Voorhees and Devin Hart of Pt. Pleasant Boro. I believe the fastest time of the day will come from this race. I'll take Hart, but it could go either way.

Group 3

Kellert | This one was tough, after Teddy Meredith's great run last weekend I tossed back and forth for a bit but Damien Dilcher is still the guy to beat here. Honestly a few potential upsets running in this race.

Montferrat | Teddy Meredith has shown steady positive progress, ready for another big effort.

Group 4

Kellert | Will Hare, Princeton's #1 guy set to lead his team into battle. He picked up an important one card last week that helped his team outlast West Windsor Plainsboro South at Sectionals by one point. Ray Sellaro's somewhat unknown health status came into play with this pick. After sitting out Sectionals to advance with his team and rest up for Groups he has the ability to come out a winner in this one if feeling 100%.

Montferrat | Will Hare but could be close if Ray Sellaro is healthy.

NPA

Kellert | With enough depth to rest for future endeavors it is a tough call on who will be up front for CBA. Hill however is trained up for a Holmdel PR.

Montferrat | Will Coach McCafferty turn Hill loose? He's ready for a BIG Holmdel run.

NPB

Kellert | I've got Spinelli here but Jeremy Bronstein has had a great season as well.

Stranieri | Nick Wilson (MKA) and John Spinelli (Mater Dei Prep) should fight for the win. I'll take Wilson, but Spinelli's familiarity with the course could give him the edge.
