The Red Bank Regional girls won their first ever Invitational title on Saturday! They were led by Lauren Sapone who finished first in Varsity A with a time of 18:38. The team scored 51 points (1+3+7+16+24) and averaged 20:05. The rest of their top five consisted of: Charlotte Cochrane third with 19:43, Heather O'Donnell seventh 20:20, Laura Nagle 16th 20:45, and Willow Martin 24th 21:00.
On the boys side Millburn was also led to a team victory by a number one finisher. Millburn junior Matt Grossman finished first in Varsity A with a time of 15:42, 36 seconds ahead of second place. From there Millburn scored 1+7+8+17+22 for 55 points and averaging 16:42. The rest of their top five ran as such: Will Meyer in seventh with 16:40, Chris Stone eighth 16:42, Ethan Thomas 17th 17:08, and Ramsey Little 22nd 17:16.
