Meet Information

The Meet of Champions, this is top level of competition for the NJSIAA indoor track and field season! New Jersey's very best is heading to the state of the art Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex in Staten Island, NY, to decide the overall winners on Sunday, March 5th.

Due to an issue with the venue, we will only be using one shot put circle. The boys will throw first, followed by the girls shot put. Meet Management was made aware of the situation late last night 3/3/2023

NJ MileSplit will be streaming from the track LIVE all meet and recording select field events throughout, events begin at 10am ET.

We'll have photographers capturing the action as well as interviews with event winners. Previews and recaps to release leading up to and after the meet.

Ocean Breeze Notes

1/4" pyramid spikes may be worn for all events.

ONLY Water will be permitted on the infield, no food or other beverages allowed.

ONLY white athletic tape will be permitted to be used for marks in jumping events.

Field Events

There will be two (2) high jump, pole vault, and shot put areas available. The high jump will be contested after the conclusion of the infield running events.

High Jump - Starting height will be 27th place from the Group meet. Bar elevation will be two (2) inches.

Pole Vault - Starting height will be 27th place from the Group meet. Bar elevation will be six (6) inches.
