When entering the Field Event Relays (3 person) you must select 3 names from your roster. The names are used to total your invoice. When completing your running relays I will need (4) names for each running event, you may select up to 8 names. When you come to the meet enter any (4) runners on the relay card. When you fill in the runners for each event you are creating your TEAM ROSTER. Make sure I have all the names competing that day.

Long Jump Boys Open Pit 9 a.m. 11:30 a.m. followed by Girls open pit 12:00 p.m.2:30 p.m.

Triple Jump - Girls open pit 9 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. followed by Boys Open Pit 12:00 p.m.2:30 p.m.

Javelin Boys Open pit 9 a.m. 11:30 a.m. followed by Girls Open Pit 11:45 a.m. 2:30 p.m.



Shot Put Upper circle Boys 9:00 a.m. Upper circle Girls upon completion of Boys.

Discus Girls 9:00 a.m. Boys upon completion of Girls

High Jump Boys / Girls 9:00 a.m. We use two separate pits

Pole Vault GIRLS 9:00 a.m.

Boys Pole Vault- upon completion of girls

MEET GUIDELINES

PLEASE REVIEW THE MEET GUIDELINES BELOW:

NJSIAA Rules will govern.

One B team is permitted in all events except Pole Vault, Javelin and Discus relay. No more than two teams are permitted in ANY event. B teams cannot score. Due to time constraints, each team will be allowed only ONE entry in the pole vault, javelin and discus relay.

Starting Time: 9:00 AM. Starting Blocks will be provided if needed.

Awards: Plaque to first place team in each individual event.

Medals to first five finishers in each event.

Trophy to the top boys and girls teams in both large and small school divisions. Please designate large or small school.

Team Scoring: 6 Places: 10 8 6 4 2 1 (B Teams WILL NOT count in scoring.)

Entry Fees: All Relay events (Track and Field / Varsity and Underclass) - $24 Each

THERE WILL BE NO BLANKET ENTRY

All Entry fees are non-refundable

Starting Heights:

Boys High Jump: 5-0, 5-3, 5-6, 5-8, etc

Girls High Jump: 4-0, 4-3, 4-6, 4-8, etc

Pole Vault(Boys): 8-0, 9-0, 10-0, 11-0, up 6

(Girls): 7-0, 7-6, 8-0, up 6

Each competitor in the triple jump, long jump, shot put, discus, and javelin will be given 3 attempts.

In the 400m hurdles, two teams will run against each other and the times of the three runners will be added together for a team score.
