Your official entry into the 2019 ECADA Outdoor Track Individual Championship must be submitted online through, nj.milesplit.com no later than Noon on Monday, May 13, 2019.

Coaches may not make changes to their roster, or to the six names inindividual events, or the eight names in the relay events after May 13th.
This means that there will be no name changes or additions to rosters at the meet on May 16th and 17th.

The same password used in the other outdoor SEC/ECADA meets is required for entry into this meet.

LIMITED ENTRIES:
Each school will be entitled to a maximum of THREE competitors per individual event, and ONE 1600m Relay team per school, on the day of the meet. To allow coaches greater flexibility in putting their entries together, you may enter up to 6 athletes per event, in individual events, but only three individuals will actually compete on meet day. You may enter up to 8 athletes in the relay. The extra 4 names serve as alternates on your relays.

You must enter your athletes' names in each event on Milesplit. The athlete names are necessary because like the state meets, each athlete's seeds, will be generated automatically by Milesplit. You cannot generate you own seed times!

RUNNING EVENTS:
Coaches MUST HIGHLIGHT the three athletes in individual events and four athletes per relay on the day of the meet, prior to the clerks declaring the event closed for seeding purposes. Any athlete or relay team not highlighted prior to seeding will be scratched.

FIELD EVENTS:
Coaches will receive, according to their entry, up to six labels per field event in their packet. Coaches will need to affix three labels per field event, on the cards of those actually competing in the meet. This must be completed before the athletes report to each of the field event venues.

Coaches will not be able to fill-in seed times
on Milesplit for this meet. All seeds will be taken from Milesplit. No relays times will be used for seeding in individual events.

Changes made to seeds at the meet can only be done by the the Meet Director (John Tonero) or the Meet Referee!!

Special Note: John Schwarz will not make changes after the fact if the names appear wrong in the results because you highlighted the wrong names, or you made a change to your athletes running on the 4 x 400 relay, after the meet!!!! So do your job carefully when highlighting names at the meet! If you need a name change YOU need to contact Milesplit personally!!!! THEY - (not you) will verify any change with me!
