After another week of track & field action in New Jersey, it's time to vote for the MileSplit New Jersey boys performer of the week.

Note: Athletes who have been nominated in the past two weeks are not eligible. Previous winners are excluded for the rest of the season.

This Week's Nominees:
Alex Kessler, Cranford HS (New Jersey): Won the javelin at the Penn Relays Qualifier with a massive PR of 208-10, breaking his previous best of 188-10 set at the same meet last year. The mark leads this week's competitors and makes him the top junior in New Jersey in the event.
Ayden Winters, Ocean Township HS (New Jersey): Swept both throws at the Rocket Relays and won the shot put at Penn Relays Qualifier (CBA), headlined by a shot put PR of 59-6.25 that improved from his 58-7 personal best. Also threw 147-9 in the discus to place first among 32 competitors.
Edward Maxwell, Dwight Morrow HS (New Jersey): Posted a long jump PR of 23-6 at the Fort Lee vs. Dwight Morrow meet, improving more than a foot from his previous best of 22-3.5. Also ran 22.84 in the 200 meters for second place.
Jabari Woodard, Camden Co. V/T (Sicklerville) (New Jersey): Cleared a triple jump PR of 47-1 at The College of New Jersey HS Open, breaking his mark of 43-1.5 from last May's sectionals by nearly four feet.
Frank Viserto, Fort Lee HS (New Jersey): Set a high jump PR of 6-7 at the Fort Lee vs. Dwight Morrow dual, improving one inch from his 6-6 personal best.
