New Jersey seniors, or college coaches, use this form to submit your college commitment if not already listed on our college signings page.

Submit 2022-2023 College Commitment Form

This will help us make sure career stats continue through college on the same profile and adds the commitment to the athlete profile page. And this is not limited to Division I schools.

If this is a New Jersey college coach submitting a large number of athletes feel free to email robert.kellert@flosports.tv with a list including the required information from the form so you don't have to submit one by one.

Also note this form is for New Jersey high school track and field / cross country athletes, other states should contact their own State Editors or the MileSplit customer service form.
