Delbarton, led by double-winner Collin Boler, rolled to the boys title, and the Mendham distance crew erupted for 53 points to spark the girls to the team title at the Morris County Championships on Tuesday night at Drew University in Madison.

Boler, a junior, was sensational for Delbarton as he racked up 28 points to lead the Green Wave to a 64-43.50 victory over runner-up Chatham.

Boler won the 1,000 in 2:28.31, finished first in the 600 in 1:25.72, and was second in the 1,600 in 4:37.43 to ignite Delbarton to its fifth title ever. Delbarton also won in 1978, '82, '15, and '18. The victory also gave the Green Wave a sweep of both county titles this season. Delbarton won the county relay title earlier this month.

Delbarton also picked up victories from Brian Boler, Collin's twin, in the 3,200 (9:39.46), Aidan Nevistich in the 1,600 (4:37.42) and from Jeff Cianfrocca in the high jump (5-10), and received a third-place from Nigel McSween in the shot put (a PR of 44-11).

In the girls competition, Mendham dominated the distance races (1,000m and up) on its way to a 73-55 victory over runner-up Chatham. This is the third title for Mendham, which also finished first in 2012 and 13.

Seniors Ava Augustine and Madison Orlins led the charge for Mendham.

Augustine led a 2-3-4 finish for Mendham in the 1,600 by placing second in 5:19.82, and led a 2-3 finish in the 1,000. Orlins won the 3,200 to spark a 1-2-5 finish, and she added a fourth-place in the 1,600.

Mendham also received great performances from sophomore Anna Shaw and senior Julianna Marran. Shaw was third in the 600 and ran on the winning 4x400 (4:15.84), and Marran finished fourth in the 600 and ran n the relay.
