9/7 Cherokee Challenge
Luke Johnson wins his first cross country race with a 9:33 just seven seconds off the Cherokee Challenge 3200m course record! RBC's Maddy Kopec has the fastest girls time at 11:33.

9/7 Roxbury Invitational
What a start for Emma McGill! The Voorhees junior post an 18:12 outrunning some strong competition. Mendham girls have themselves a great meet leading the merge with a 19:32 average. Jackson Barna was at the head of a strong Ridge team performance with his best of meet 15:38. Ridge posts three of the five fastest times.

9/7 Season Opener Invitational
Clifton's Jacob Heredia led the entire meet by over ten seconds with his 16:15 to win the Varsity A race. The Seton Hall Prep boys also won the Varsity A along with leading the meet merge averaging 16:45 and splitting just 41 seconds between their top five.
Sarah Hanifin of Villa Walsh Academy won Varsity C by over a minute and a half! In fact she led the entire meet merge by over ten seconds. This sparked a merge leading team performance from the rest of her squad which averaged 21:10 and won the Varisty C with 23 points.
9/7 Newark Academy Invitational
Pingry's Alina Irvine won the varsity girls race at 20:53, Oak Knoll School's Elizabeth Athaide finished second at 21:15 and the clone battle raged on from there. Oak Knoll School and Pingry both scored 50 points through their top five pushing the decision to extra runners! Oak Knoll's sixth finisher Maura Ferrigno sealed the win in 19th place running 23:46.
Maximus Russo won the boys varsity race running 17:02, his Oratory Prep team finished second overall. The winning squad was meet hosts Newark Academy who scored their one through three in the first six finishers of the race. Warren Sunada-Wong leading the charge in third at 17:15.
9/7 PTXC 11 (PA)
Jack Jennings of Mendham won a thriller in Pennsylvania out kicking Calvert Hall College's Owen Johnson for the win at 15:46 a piece. This led a third place Mendham team performance which saw a 16:44 average. On the girls side Caroline Mehlhorn won the Blue Race for the second straight year with her 19:03.

9/7 Abington XC Invitational (PA)
Matt Richardson of Lenape led NJ athletes with a 13th place finish running 16:54.
