Date: Saturday, September 7, 2019
Location: Newark Academy Cross Country Course, approx. 3.1 miles.
Races: Tours of the course will begin at 8:30 am.
Note: We will again have shirts for all runners.
9:30 am Varsity Boys
9:50 am Varsity Girls
10:10 am Junior Varsity Boys
10:30 am Junior Varsity Girls
Eligibility: A competitor must be enrolled for the 2019-2020 school year in the school he/she represents. A competitor shall not have reached his/her nineteenth (19) birthday by September 1, 2019. A varsity team shall consist of a minimum of five (5) runners and a maximum of seven (7). Only one varsity boys and girls team per school. No runner may run two races. No Post Graduates may run.
