Recent Changes - 2025

  • 60m - Sianni Wynn had already destroyed the 200m record and now holds the 60m dash record as well with her 7.32 from the Penn Relays Winter Showcase. Taking down the 7.34 by Myasia Jacobs of Paramus Catholic at the 2011 New Balance Nationals meet.
  • 200m - Sianni Wynn of Pennsauken originally set the 200m state record with a 23.79 at the brand-new Ott Center in Philadelphia and then lowered it in February at the same venue running 23.60!
  • 1600m - Paige Sheppard of Union Catholic improved her own 1600m record in the non-converted 1600m to 4:44.77. Later in February, she ran a 4:44.77 mile that converts to a 4:42.84 1600m, second all-time in the mile. 
  • 55H/60H - Taylor Cox of Union Catholic already set the 60H record last year with an 8.11 but did not have an F.A.T. en route time in that race. In 2025 she lowered the 60H to 8.10 and the VA Showcase did have 55m en route times which broke Sydney McLaughlin's 55H record of 7.60e!

Recent Changes -2024

  • 60mH - Taylor Cox of Union Catholic broke Sydney McLaughlin's record of 8.17 from 2015 with her 8.11 at New Balance Nationals Indoor. Did not see any 55m en route times.
  • 200m - Sofia Swindell of Lawrenceville School set the 200m state record with her 23.97 at New Balance Nationals Indoor. 
  • 4x200m - Union Catholic broke their own 2023 record of 1:38.60 from the Millrose games running 1:38.03 in 2024.
  • 4xMile - Union Catholic broke Roxbury HS's 2008 record of 20:33.64 from the NSIC at the Armory. Union Catholic ran 20:19.02 at New Balance Nationals Indoor at The TRACK (MA)
  • SMR - Union Catholic broke Columbia HS's 2014 record of 3:57.19 from New Balance Nationals at the Armory. Union Catholic ran 3:54.62 at New Balance Nationals Indoor at The TRACK (MA).
