Here are some notes to remember from this past off-season heading into cross country 2016.
NJSIAA Changes
- One More to the Big Show - There is now an extra spot for a wildcard team heading to the Meet of Champion moving the total up to three. This now assures that at least the top six best teams in the state advance to the Meet of Champions with three already automatically qualifying from each Group.
- Watch Tans Watch Out - The NJSIAA will allow athletes to wear wrist watches to keep time during races.
- Where You At? - NJSIAA Classifications have been adjusted for the 2016 season. Check out the full set here, and if you just want to view who went where we have an article for that as well.
- Registration Made Easy - NJSIAA to use MileSplit Online Registration for the State Meets, if you are a coach register here.
