- Morris Hills senior Cristian Cruz won two individual golds with a 51.23 in the 400m and 1:58.03 in the 800m, he then helped bring home the 4x400m title as Morris Hills gathered 64 total points. Nicholas Falcone also finished second in the 800m and 3200m
- Kevin Jones of Orange HS won the 55m dash clocked at 6.54 and advanced to Groups in the 400m with a third-place 51.77 finish as well.
- Two top ten ranked vaulters for New Jersey went head to head, Shawn Keenan of Roxbury won clearing the 14-06 bar, and Alan Villavicencio of Tenafly second at 13-06.
- Randolph won the 1600m and 3200m, junior Kennan Byers the 1600m at 4:23.27, and Thomas Amato the 3200m at 9:26.05
Team Champions
Morris Hills HS won the team championship scoring 64 points. They brought in 16 through individual sprint events, one point from the hurdles, 33 points in the distance events, four points in the shot put, and 10 from the 4x400m.
Bergenfield was second as a squad with 40 points, and Fort Lee and Randolph tied for third at 32 points a team.

- Shreya Sathiyan of Morris Hills improved her NJ No. 2 standing with a new indoor PR of 12-03, one year removed from her previous indoor best of 12-01. Her teammate Gianna Ledford finished second with a new PR of 11-00.
- Multiple event winners advanced in a second event on Wednesday.
- Amanda Knapp of Roxbury won the 3200m running 11:38.93 and also advanced in the 1600m with a third-place run of 5:25.24.
- 1600m winner Ivory Piskula of Morris Hills, who ran 5:20 for the title, also advanced in the 800m finishing third at 2:21.43.
- Ramapo sophomore Bridget Cannon brought in two individual silver medals running 2:18.68 in the 800m and 1:00.51 in the 400m.
- Olivia Capala of Morris Knolls took home the 400m gold at 59.90 and finished fifth in the 800m at 2:23.57.
- Halye Greene of Roxbury won the 800m at 2:16.94 after finished fourth in the 400m dash clocking 1:01.14.
Team Champions
Ramapo HS won the team title scoring an impressive 85 points. Through scored 25 of them in the individual sprints, 16 in the hurdles, 10 in the distance, 15 in the throws, and nine in the jumps, and also won the 4x400m for 10 points--a well-balanced attack throughout the meet.
Roxbury was second in scoring with 46 total and Morris Hills finished third with 40 points.
