Last Week's Winner: Lucy Ambrogio of Pingry School brought in 30% of the votes last week! She won the Natirar Speedway Meet with a time of 18:44. The senior followed that up this week by helping her team to a second-place finish in the Challenge Race at the Carlisle Invitational in Pennsylvania. Pringry's top five, including Ambrogio, split just 33 seconds averaging 19:49! Ambrogio was 48th with a time of 19:57 in that full field.

- Sadie Honig of Manalapan ran 18:42.4 to win the Division 2 race at the Bowdoin Park Classic.
- Sarah Seiden of Salem County Vo-Tech ran 22:25 to win the South Jersey Vo-Tech Championships at Burlington County Tech.
- Maeve Smith of Ocean City ran 18:31 to place 13th in the Challenge Race at the Carlisle Invitational in PA.
- Sophia Katechis of NV Old Tappan won the A race in 20:27 at the Brett Taylor Invitational at Darlington Park.
- Maya Van Horn of Morris County Tech won the B race at the Brett Taylor Invitational at Darlington Park.
- Leah Rutledge of Freehold Township won the Senior Race at 19:17 at the Thompson Park Class Meet.
- Sarah Thomassen of Monmouth Regional won the Junior Race at 19:20 at the Thompson Park Class Meet.
- Sophia Briggs of Freehold Township won the Sophomore Race in 19:46 at the Thompson Park Class Meet.
- Leah Starkey of Ocean Township ran 18:09 to win the B race at the Six Flags Wild Safari Invitational.
- Jordan Hadfield of A P Schalick ran 18:21 to win the D race at the Six Flags Wild Safari Invitational.
- Kiera McInerney of Red Bank Catholic was the top NJ time at Ocean State Invitational and the fourth fastest freshman at the meet of the 117 that ran the 5K distance!
