Emma Zawatski of Freehold Township defended her Meet of Champions cross country title holding off the star freshman out of Union Catholic 17:52 to 17:54! Zawatski joins an elite club of athletes with more than one Meet of Champions title.
Sheppard's second place run led a ridiculous course record team average of 18:37 en route to Union Catholic's rout of the Meet of Champions field. They scored just 31 points and split 1:15 between their scoring five!
