Sad News: Hall of Fame Coach Nick Baker Has Passed Away


The New Jersey cross-country and track and field community suffered a tremendous loss on Saturday when Nick Baker, Haddonfield's iconic cross-country and track and field coach for five decades and one of the greatest to ever coach in New Jersey, passed away.

Haddonfield coach Jason Russo said the 70-year-old Baker, who was battling cancer and entered Hospice Care on Oct. 10, was surrounded by his family at home at the time of his passing.
