Our fourth installment of the Top 20 State Rankings to close out September racing. With October starting this is just the base set, plenty of movement still to come as teams kick it into high gear!
Note that due to the delay of official Shore Coaches results and when that window lined up for our team's discussion this update only reflects competition through September.
Anything that happened the first week of October will be included in the next release.
These rankings were brought together through discussion by Robert Kellert, Jim Lambert, and Pat Montferrat and will be released on a weekly basis.
