Girls 4x400m Qualifier Merge

Rumson-Fair Haven jus six spots away from a CoA qualification ranked 15th overall with their state leading time of 3:55.23! They ran second in their heat to Jamaica's Wolmer's Girls clocked at 3:54.32. 

Rumson-Fair Haven saw Megan Burns, Reese Reynolds Malone, Clemmie Lilley, and Ryan Malone on the track for that relay.

The Lawrenceville School girls won the Prep School division 4x400m with a 3:56.13! They rank 19th overall with that performance off the legs by Elizabeth Parnell, Sofia Swindell, Jael Gaines, and Rhianna Scott. They now rank NJ No. 2 this spring.

Pennsauken ranked 28th in the 452 team merge and earned an exciting victory in the South Jersey Large school division running 3:58.41 holding off a big surge from Timber Creek and Winslow Twp! Now NJ No. 3 this season.

Girls 4x400m Prep School

The Lawrenceville School girls won the Prep School division 4x400m with a 3:56.13! They rank 19th overall with that performance off the legs by Elizabeth Parnell, Sofia Swindell, Jael Gaines, and Rhianna Scott. They now rank NJ No. 2 this spring.

Girls 4x400m South Jersey Small

The Willingboro girls dominated the South Jersey Small School division running a 4:01.33, almost 8 seconds ahead of second place Haddonfield Memorial clocked at 4:09.17. 

Willingboro ranked 53rd in the overall merge out of 452 total schools. Their squad consisted of Nester Wea, Kaila Spright, Jaden Murray, and Aaliyah Robinson.

Girls 4x400m South Jersey Large

Pennsauken earned an exciting victory in the South Jersey Large school division running 3:58.41 holding off a big surge from Timber Creek and Winslow Twp!

On the final leg Timber Creek made a major surge to briefly take the lead heading to the final bend, Pennsauken's anchor ran tough and made the pass back before the straight for the win. 

Winslow Township also brought home a strong kick to take second place just meters before the line with a 3:59.67 to finish ahead of third place Timber Creek's 4:00.53.

Girls 4x100m Northeast Championship

Union Catholic with the big win in the Northeast final! Taylor Aska, Taylor Cox, Leah Gould, and Natalia Thompson on this squad.

Girls 4x800m Championship of America

With a fantastic time of 8:44.98 the Union Catholic girls brought home the Championship of America 4x8 title!

Maameyaa Nyinah, Jimmiea King, Kaleigh Gunsiorowski, and Peyton Hollis put together the US No. 2 all-time high school performance in the event and broke the New Jersey state record held by Columbia since 2014.

That 8:44.98 just off the national record of 8:43.12 set in 2008 by Roosevelt (MD).

The UC girls are the first American team to win the Penn Relays CoA 4x800m event since Shenendehowa (NY) did so in 2016.

They are also the first New Jersey squad to win since Columbia did so twice in a row during the 2013 and 2014 Penn Relays.

Cherokee HS had a great run as well hitting 9:14.25 for sixth in an elite field. Rumson-Fair Haven closed out with a 9:22.79 for 11th.

Girls 4x400m Philadelphia Area Final

In exciting fashion the Lawrenceville School girls earned second in the Philadelphia Area final running 3:55.24! Pennsauken runs fourth at 3:55.75.

The Lawrenceville team was made up by Elizabeth Parnell, Sofia Swindell, Jael Gaines, and Rhianna Scott

Their 3:55.24 performance is the second fastest of the day for New Jersey just .01 off the Rumson-Fair Haven preliminary time of 3:55.23 earlier today. The NJ No. 1 and No. 2 performances so far this season.
