The Haddonfield girls struck again with another blazing baton performance on Friday night at the Cherokee Relays in Marlton.
This time the Dawgs dropped a NJ#1 and US#1 9:04.72 to win the 4x800-meter relay and move into No. 14 all-time on the state list. This performance comes six days after throwing down a NJ#1 and US#3 12:06.82 in the DMR at last Saturday's Blue Devil Classic in Westfield.

Olivia Stoner led off for Haddonfield with a 2:15.05. Senior Lindsay Colflesh then ran 2:16.27, and Sarah Naticchia split 2:17.07 on the third leg. Allison Colflesh finished it off with a 2:16.35 anchor carry. The 9:04.72 by the all senior foursome broke the South Jersey record of 9:05.62 set in 2012 by Lenape, and shattered the Haddonfield school record of 9:06.30 set in 2008.
Cherokee also smashed its school record in the 4x800 by placing second in 9:20.24. That's NJ#2 and US#10 this season! Handling the baton for Cherokee were Nikki Clifford, Kelsey Niglio, Meghan Carroll, and Erin Jackson.
The former school record of 9:26.77 that was set when Jess Wright, Ally Masoero, Megan Charbeneau, and Sarah Robbie ran 9:26.77 at the 2011 Carl Lewis Relays in Willingboro.
