Returning marks from last indoor season has Gretel Jelmert of Watchung Hills and Jenna Engels of Piscataway leading the field at 11-08. Jelmert was third as a junior in 2020 at the Meet of Champions clearing 11-06 and is the leading return from that field.
Four of the top eight MOCs vaulters are back in 2021 led by Jelmert: Sarah Parr of Audubon was tied for fourth, Jenna Engels tied for sixth, and Suzy Lacombe of Hunterdon Central also sixth all at 11-00 separated by attempts.
Engels put together a great summer of vaulting as well, she cleared 12-03 outdoors at the Vault Factory's Fourth of July Bash.
