Charlotte Bednar threw down a 10:22.64 to win Mercer County Champs at the Bubble last winter and leads all New Jersey indoor returners and is No. 4 among all US returners. She's already clocked a 10:14.97c at the VA Showcase this season.
The Lawrenceville School star, running for Garden State Track Club this past fall, ran to a New Jersey state course record at Holmdel Park with her 17:21 to win the Holmdel Invitational. That is No. 2 all-time only behind the great Katelyn Tuohy of NY.
The defending Meet of Champions winner Angelina Perez is back as well, while she unfortunately won't have a chance to defend the indoor title she'll be sure to take advantage of any opportunities to run fast. The Lakeland star had a magnificent fall season winning a gran majority of her meets and climbing up or breaking all-time course lists.
