Sincere Rhea of St. Augustine, the New Balance Indoor National 60-meter hurdle champ, climbed way up on some big lists when he blasted a 13.68 in the trials of the 110m hurdles at the South Jersey Invitational at Delsea on Thursday night.

The Penn State-bound Rhea, who came back later to win the final in 13.98, moved up to No. 9 in state history and US#4 this season with his 13.68 (NWI). Rhea also smashed the meet record of 13.91 set in 1997 Sultan Tucker of Delsea.

Rhea's prelim run of 13.68 (NWI).

Rhea had to run a fast to win as Naseem Smith of Deptford was second in a NJ#2 14.05!
