Meghan O'Malley a sophomore from Randoph has started this season off on a great foot.
First clearing 5-05 for what was a PR and meet record at last week's Lid Lifter Invitational, then just last night at the Wayne Gardiner Holiday Relays she tied the NJ#1 US#6 height of 5-06 as seen below in the video.
O'Malley made it to the Meet of Champions last winter as a freshman and placed 11th with a 5-02 jump. So far she is well ahead of those jumps and has a goal of 5-08 by the end of the season.

High jump isn't her only event either she's competed in other jumping events, hurdles, and even runs cross country. She was part of the second place shuttle hurdle relay team at the Wayne Gardiner Holiday Relays that ran 33.08 on Wednesday night.
