Season Best - 11.73 / Personal Best - 11.73
Torie Robinson won every preliminary and final throughout state championship season in the 100m capping off her Meet of Champions gold with a time of 11.73. Most of the racing she did during states was shared with multiple events, it was awesome seeing how many points an individual could rack up at one championship meet.

Athlete Profile - Senior - Heading to Rutgers University
Season Best - 24.05 / Personal Best - 24.05
Bria Saunders went 5-0 this season in finals and won every prelim until competing at Nationals. Her best time of the year and her career came on the biggest stage of state season, she won the Meet of Champions with a time of 24.05!!
400 Meter Dash
Athlete Profile - Senior - Heading to Stanford University
Season Best - 52.46 / Personal Best - 52.46
One of the greatest in New Jersey track history, Olivia Baker put another special one together this year. Focusing on her 400m performances she had five straight wins including yet another NJ Meet of Champions victory. Her post-MOC season consisted of winning the Brooks PR Invitational in a time of 53.26 and then heading to the USATF Junior Nationals. There she lead the 400m through preliminaries with a tie of 52.96. The next day Olivia competed in the finals placing second, BUT finally breaking that elusive state record in the 400 meter dash.

Athlete Profile - Senior - Heading to Northeastern University Season Best - 2:05.80 / Personal Best - 2:05.80 Individually in the 800m this season Corinne Myers had four wins and ran under 2:10 four times including 2:07s and a 2:05.80! If you watched her team in relays when she ran the 800 meter she was pumping out 2:05s there as well. Dominant performances all throughout state season including a sweet 2:05.80 at the Meet of Champions for gold. Good luck with college Corinne! 1600 Meter Run
Athlete Profile - Freshman Season Best - 10.55 (Not Wind Aided) / Personal Best (10.51) It is the year of the freshman here in New Jersey, here we honor the state leader in the 1600m Briana Gess. In a stacked field at the Meet of Champions Briana ran a masterful race to take the lead on the bell lap and bring home gold with a time of 4:45.97. She is now a career 5-0 in the 1600m and all of her races were under five minutes!! 3200 Meter Run
Athlete Profile - Senior - Heading to University of Michigan Season Best - 10:22.87 / Personal Best - 10:22.87 Talk about a personal best, Courtney Thompson dropped 22 seconds on the biggest New Jersey stage winning the Meet of Champions 3200m in a kickfest with Grace Dwyer of Hamilton North. She had been working four years for this kind of moment an had an amazing senior season. The St. John Vianney star is heading to the University of Richmond next fall.
THROWS Shot Put
Athlete Profile - Senior - Heading to Brown University Season Best - 43-9.75 / Personal Best - 43-9.75 The Princeton throwing specialist went undefeated during the season with seven wins and then placed 9th at Outdoor Nationals. During that 9th place finish she hit her career best in the shot put with a mark of 43-9.75! She threw over 40 feet six times this season. A fantastic senior campaign for Michelle winning straight through the Meet of Champions as she heads to Brown University this fall. Discus
Athlete Profile - Senior - Last heard she was still deciding on scholarship offers. Season Best - 136-10 / Personal Best 136-10 The small school star had five gold medals this outdoor season including a huge win at the NJSIAA Meet of Champions! She threw a personal best mark of 136-10 for her last high school performance. That was her first time over the 130 measure, she had hit over 120 three times during her senior campaign. Javelin
Athlete Profile - Senior - Heading to Rowan University Season Best - 136-2 / Personal Best - 136-2 Six wins on the season out of eight regular season and one of those gold medals came from the NJ Meet of Champions where she hit a career best mark of 136-2! Grace went over the 120 foot mark six times this season and the meet of champions toss was her first mark over the 130 mark. Athlete Profile - Senior - Heading to Winthrop University Season Best - 5-6 / Personal Best 5-7 A very talented athlete here with Taryn Deleon, she can be competitive in multiple events as she qualified for Groups multiple times in the hurdles as well over her career. Her main focus is the high jump however and this season she went an undefeated 8-0 in the event until heading to Nationals where she placed 10th with a 5-5.75 clearance. Taryn jumped over the 5-6 bar four times during outdoor the most important one coming at the Meet of Champions where she took her first MOC title. Her personal best came in 2013 when she went 5-7 at the Bergen County Meet of Champions. Great season Taryn. Long Jump
Athlete Profile - Senior - Heading to University of Georgia Season Best - 20-11.75 / Personal Best - 20-11.75 For one she is NJ#1 and US#1 in the event and it isn't even her main jump. An extremely talented young woman who has put New Jersey jumping on the map for years. Keturah Orji went undefeated in the regular season and then added a National title to the mix for nine gold medals, a 13 meet winning streak dating back to 2014 indoor. After winning the NJ MOCs and Nationals, where she marked her season best mark of 20-11.75, she placed fourth at the USATF Junior National Championships with a jump of 20-10.5. She has a career best of 20-11.75 which came last summer at the 2013 World Youth Championships placing second. Triple Jump
Athlete Profile - Senior - Heading to University of Georgia Season Best - 10.55 (Not Wind Aided) / Personal Best (10.51) Moving on to her main event she went for an undefeated 11-0 record this outdoor winning through NJ MOCs, Nationals, and even the USATF Junior National Championships! Her season best in the event came at the Great Southwest Classic in early June where she marked a 44-9.5 and she still ranks US#1. Her career best mark was last summer at Word Youth Championships where she flew for a 44-11 mark! Her current winning streak in the event is 15 straight and dates back to January 29th 2014. The focal point of Jersey Jumpers for seasons upon seasons Keturah Orji will be heading to the University of Georgia next fall. A great high school career in the books I wish you good luck! Athlete Profile - Senior - Heading to Harvard University Season Best - 12-6 / Personal Best - 12-0 Marlena Sabatino came up big in a high pressure part of the season. After hanging around the 11-6 range all outdoor she put back to back 12-0 vaults to win her Group and then her second NJ MOCs title!! She went 7-1 on the regular season and then took the trip to Nationals to finish with a height of 11-5.75 an eight place performance. Marlena's career best of 12-6 came back in May 2012 at the Skylands Conference Championships, she went on to place second at MOCs that year.
