Meet Procedures:
Running Events: Coaches must scratch down to the four athletes competing at the meet. Performance sheets will be available at the meet and those competing must be highlighted before the events are called for by the clerks for final seeding. Any team where the athletes are not highlighted, we will enter the first four names listed for the event. I WILL NOT make changes to the names on relays once the event is seeded by the computer person.
Field events: Will be done off of sheets and tablets.
Finally, coaches will not be able to make changes to their roster, to their eight relay running event names, or to their five field event relay names after April 26th. This means that no name changes, or additions will be made at the meet on April 28th as well!
