ONLINE ENTRY DIRECTIONS
A. All competing athletes must be entered in the meet. Athletes can not be added to the roster the day of the meet. Make sure the athletes you wish to enter/substitute on a relay or field event are have been entered in the meet.
B. A performance list in each event based on the entries will be sent out prior to the meet. Carefully review to ensure that your athletes are entered in the proper events.
C. Heat and lane / hip number assignments will be determined after scratches have been declared and the event is closed.
D. In the field events, competitors will check in with the event official. The athlete's competition card will be created at that time. If a field event athlete is not listed in the event (no entry sticker present), the athlete must provide the event official, his or her competition number. Athletes will not be permitted to enter a field event without this number.
1. Horizontal Jumpers & Throwers will be given three (3) jumps or throws (NO FINALS).2. LJ/TJ/PV/JAV
3. The 10 minute rule will be enforced for the multiple field event competitors
4. Spikes Permitted on all surfaces
5. No Starting blocks permitted in Running events.
5. Please remind all your athletes to respect the facilities of our hosting schools.
