Parking
"There will be NO PARKING ALLOWED at Holmdel Park or in the surrounding neighborhoods this Saturday for the Group XC Championship. Cars parking on the streets in the surrounding neighborhoods will be ticketed and possibly towed at the owners expense."
All bus and spectator parking will be at Bell Works - 101 Crawford Corner Rd. Holmdel.
Please follow the NJSIAA Parking Signage to the GOLD PARKING LOT ONLY. Shuttle busing to and from the park will be provided - there will be a $5 - CASH ONLY (NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS) fee per person to offset the cost of the busing.
There will be a handicap bus available.
Spectators should arrive well before the race they wish to see to allow the shuttle bus to run.
To Qualify for the Meet of Champions
Team:
1. All six (6) Group Champions will automatically qualify.
2. All non- qualifying teams will be merged- the top eight (8) schools after the merger by TEAM SCORE will advance to the Meet of Champions. All ties will be broken by the 6th runner rule.
NOTE: THE GROUP CHAMPIONS WILL NOT BE PART OF THE MERGER PROCESS.
Individuals:
3. Be in the top ten (10) fastest runners in each Group.
4. Be in the next thirty (30) individuals with the fastest times across all Groups who have not already qualified via their teams. (Wild cards)
