LAKELAND LEAGUE RELAYS:
MILE SPLIT ENTRIES: Online Entry Due on: Sunday May 22, 2022 at 8:00 pm
1) Running Events will start at 6:15 PM
2) Field events will run as open pits from 5:30 PM - 8:15 PM or earlier if events finish
a. Shot Put will be contested on 2 Circles ( 1 warm up throw & and 3 Measured throws)
11-12 Boys and Girls will be on Circle 1
13-15 Boys and Girls will be on Circle 2
b. Long Jump will be contested on 1 Long Jump Pit. (No run throughs once competition begins)
c. No Field events for 9-10
3) Each athlete may enter 3 of the 5 events. (9-10 can enter 3 of 3)
4) There will be a team championship. Trophies to the 1st & 2nd Place teams
a. Scoring 1st -6th place
b. Points 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1 (1st - 6th)
5)The 4x100m Relay will be run in multiple heats with the winner determined on time.100 x 100 x 100 x 100
6) The Sprint Medley will be run in multiple heats with the winner determined on time.100 x 100 x 200 x 400
7) The Distance Medley will be run as one race.800 x 200 x 400 x 1600 (start on opposite of track)
8) Each team is permitted to enter one relay team per race.
9) Medals to the top 6 teams in each event.
