LAKELAND LEAGUE RELAYS:
MILE SPLIT ENTRIES: Online Entry Due on: Sunday May 30, 2018 at 8:00 pm
1) Running Events will start at 6:15 PM
A. Each athlete may enter all of the 2 events.
B. There will be no team championship.
C. The Sprint Medley will be run in multiple heats with the winner determined on time. 100 x 100 x 200 x 400
D. The Distance Medley will be run as one race. 800 x 200 x 400 x 1600 (start on opposite of track)
E. Each team is permitted to enter one relay team per race.
F. Medals to the top 6 teams in each race.
