XC Under the Lights
On Saturday, September 9, Trials of Miles is hosting a special night of Cross Country racing at the Sayreville Sports Complex. Runners can expect a fast course and a unique festival like environment with music, food trucks, and races under the lights. The event is a perfect opportunity for any middle or high school teams that want to kickoff their season with a bang.

Tentative Schedule
3:00-4:15 pm Course Jog/Preview
4:00pm Coaches Meeting
4:30 pm Middle School Boys 2 Miles (6th - 8th grade)
4:50 pm Middle School Girls 2 Miles (6th - 8th grade)
5:10 pm Freshman Boys 2 miles (9th grade only)
5:30 pm Freshman Girls 2 miles (9th grade only)
5:50 pm: Open Race 5K (Unattached, Club Teams, etc)
6:20 pm: JV Boys 5K
6:45 pm: JV Girls 5K
7:20 pm Varsity Boys 5K
7:50 pm Varsity Girls 5K

Awards: The top 25 finishers in each race will receive a customized New Balance Fanny (see photo below) The overall winning teams in each varsity section will receive a New Balance Backpack.

The goal of this event isn't just to create another early season invitational, but rather to present cross country in a new way. In addition to a spectator friendly course, and races that take place in the late afternoon and early evening, runners can expect food trucks, music and a unique festival like environment out on the course. We'll also be hosting an open race for any parents, coaches, or friends who want to experience the magic of cross country racing for themselves.

Additional Payment Details
$15 per athlete/$275 per gender team (unlimited entries). Checks can be made payable to "Trials of Miles Racing LLC" and mailed to Trials of Miles Racing, 440 E Rte 66, Glendora CA 91740.
Payment can also be completed via Milesplit Registration using a credit card.
