GMC Championships 2023

Meet will be held at the Old Bridge track & field facility at Carl Sandburg Middle School. 

Order of Events

Opening Heights & Progressions: 

Boys Pole Vault open at 8', go to 9' and then 6" increments.  

Girls PV open at 6', go to 7' and then up by 6" increments.  

Girls HJ:  open at 4'4; then 4'8; and then 2 inch increments.

Boys HJ:  open at 5'6; 5'9, 6'0, and then 2 inch increments.
