IMPORTANT
There will be a scratch line enforced for the shot put. If an athlete is not capable of hitting at least that mark, please do not enter them in the meet, as their throws will not be measured unless they can hit the mark or better. The scratch line will be 28 feet for girls and 38 feet for boys.
An athlete cannot be entered into the 1600 or 3200 if they do not have the required time or better from THIS WINTER SEASON. Please do not attempt to enter an athlete who has not hit the standard throughout the current winter season. The standards in the 1600 are 5:00 for boys and 6:00 for girls. The standards in the 3200 are 11:00 for boys and 13:00 for girls.
Although you may enter 6 athletes per individual event, on the day of the meet you will have to scratch down to a maximum of 3 athletes per event.
