MEET IS OPEN TO PUBLIC SCHOOLS. THIS IS A CHANCE TO GET A STATE RELAY SEED TIME.

2022 NJCTC Winter Relays

1. Date Friday, Dec. 30, 2022
2. Place Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex
3. Time 4PM
4. Fee $30 per relay
5.Seeding Meet will be preseeded. Names not important in running events, but needed in field.
6, Entries Non NJCTC members may run 1 team in all running events.

NJCTC members, unlimited entries in running events, except Distance Medley which has a 2 team limit.
Field event relays limited to 2 teams, except boys and girls triple jump which is 1 team. Girls shot is 3 teams, frosh shot is 1 team for everyone

7.Participation NJ rules, 4 events, any type.

13. Frosh-Soph events Must have at least one freshman
14. Field Events Horizontal jumps will have 3 attempts
3 person teams in Varsity and Frosh Boys shot
2 person teams in all other field events
3 throws per person in all shot divisions
15. Opening Heights Frosh- Soph HJ open at 4'8" then 2"
Varsity Boys HJ 5',5'3",5'6''then 2"
Pole Vault Girls 6' then 6", boys may enter at 7'
HJ and PV 2 people must clear a height to score
16. Awards Medals to top 3 teams in each event. No team title
17. Weather In case of severe weather, the decision to cancel will be made by noon. It will be posted on this site, and an email blast will be sent.
Starting blocks will be provided by Ocean Breeze; they are the only blocks allowed. Marking on jumps and track can only be white athletic tape. No food or drink except water on the track or infield
